My bedroom closet doesn't appear any cleaner than before it was "cleaned" some spots I spot cleaned myself afterwards. I would not use this service for deep cleaning. My carpet was disinfected at best. I don't wish to risk more areas being darker after trying again. Thank you.

Service was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. The technician was able to get out an old red wine stain that another company had tried twice unsuccessfully to remove. Our carpets look great!
