Always arrive on time and do a GREAT job (taking the time and care to do so). Love that they always leave a bottle of spotter behind--which really "does the job" on stains and "doggy scoots" /track-ins between cleanings.

Stacy was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable having her in my home, and she was able to remove a stain I thought would never come out (and at no additional charge). The process only took about an hour, and the carpets were completely dry within a couple of hours! Well worth the cost, which was very reasonable for 3 areas plus stairs.
