Service technician was not professionally dressed and was difficult to converse with about the requested service. The odor on the couch and chair were worse in the days after they were “cleaned”. I have vastly improved the odor with a variety of other products and treatments in the weeks since the appointment.

The beige recliner that had tea and coffee stains came out beautifully! It looks brand new! I plan to have the technician come again and clean some more furniture after I recover from my health issues. And I will pass on this information to my family and friends.
Thanks for cleaning my furniture "as advertised."

Things started off a little bumpy but the technician eventually made it. Him and the owner both called to apologize which went a long way. My couches are still a little damp the day after which is a little concerning since I have guest coming but they should be dry by 7:30, I have my fingers crossed. Everything smells great and I would use them again.
