Your technician was very nice and tried his best but unfortunately the product didn't work that well, and my carpet got only got minimal to moderate improvement. I know I have 30 days, but I don't think your product will work again on my rug. Thank you.

They really try to get the candle stain out of my furniture and that meant a lot to me that they took their time to do that cuz I know it's hard to get out of furniture

My sofa is no cleaner now than before the technician cleaned it…all the spots are still there and it actually looks dingier. I don’t think it’s the technician’s fault I just think it’s your company’s method of cleaning.
