I was told by the man that y'all contract that he could put something in my carpet and take the smell out of it and deodorize my carpet he didn't deodorize anything he just put a sanitizer on it that's it and I asked was the sanitizer same as deodorizer and he told me no job was half-assed and what you can do come out and clean my carpet again and make it smell good and deodorize it not just sanitize it DD. - Anderson, SC - 05/27/2023
