The young man did a nice job.Very pleasant and nice .Our carpets are old and our furniture is used hard.He made every thing look good. He wasa few minutes late but called to tell me he was on his way.Most don't do that.We were pleased with the job.

Oxi clean service called me to reschedule my appointment to an earlier time 0800 instead of 0930 and didn't arrive until 1030. No phone call from the service explaining the delay. I had to try and coordinate all of the confusion with the person I scheduled to watch my house. Overall I was disappointed. When I came home I expected the carpets to be dry 6 hours later, they were not dry, the edges were not cleaned at all, my plug in was plugged back into the wall up side down and had spilled on my carpet. There were boot foot prints all over my wood flooring. I thought the stains would have been worked on more - the whole thing seemed rushed and was not thorough. On top of that no discount or apology was offered. I could have cleaned them myself for much cheaper and less inconvenience. Im disappointed with this service for the price.
