This was the worst service ever. They left the carpets exactly as they were—dirty. I was out of the country and hired them thinking I was coming home to clean carpets. Nottt!! Now I have to pay someone else to re-do.

Andrev was an excellent carpet technician. He is widely known throughout berks county was referred to me from a coworker. He did not disappoint. He was personable, educated & not pushy. My carpets looked brand new afterwards. My carpets dried quick , looked great & smelled fresh. He has gained my business moving forward & I highly recommend! Thanks Oxi Fresh!

My rugs are clean and the young man who did the work was kind and respectful. He listened when I asked him to redo a spot and tolerated small children who could have been seen as a bother.
