Guy (Dave Hughes) that came to shampoo our carpet was very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered any ?'s that I had and did an excellent cleaning job on our carpet. Would highly recommend his services to family & friends and have him clean ours again!

Well I you all often even was taking care of someone because they were not well, but I must say your prices are great, but I also was very disappointed that you could not come to clean my floors on Friday. You did call and say that you had a car accident you hit a deer you would call me back. No one bothered to call me back now Saturdays here and gone. All I expected was someone to call and give me an idea of when you would be able to get to me I took the time to move everything out of my whole house in order for you all to come in and clean quickly and beyond for the next customer and now Thanksgiving coming up next week and I'm not sure when I'm gonna get my carpets cleaned. Was extremely satisfied with the service and the wonderful people that cleaned our carpet !! I would recommend this company and would definitely have come to our new home when we would need carpets cleaned!
