Because of weather, the company cancelled. When I rebooked, it was your Greater Philadelpia branch that came out. The young man did a BETTER job than anyone from Wayne has ever done. He was amazing. If I could only deal with Philadelphia, I would. The last time I used the Wayne group,I had to have them come back a second time because of all the stuff that was missed. Clearly 2 very different operations.

Scheduled an appointment for carpet cleaning a month before I needed it for November 27th at 9am. No one showed up so I called OxiFeesh to see what was going on and they could not get in touch with the technician, nor the owner. I waited 3 hours and nothing. They also could not send someone else out the same day.
Unfortunately because of this I lost a good amount of my security deposit as the apartment complex requires tenants to professionally clean the carpet and have a receipt turned in before vacating.
Will not be using OxiFresh at all in the future.
