We,ve never had had anyone who clean the carpet so thoroughly, even to brushing out along the walls. I cannot foresee us having anyone else for our carpets.

There was an appointment available the next day when I went online to search. I received a phone call from Ansab letting me know he would be early for the appointment. As soon as he arrived he saw the stains we wanted removed from our oriental rug, he was very honest and told me that due to the fiber content, he would not be able to remove the stains without damaging the carpet and offered to leave without doing anything. I decided to let him surface clean anyway. After it dried I do feel the stains were less noticeable. I was grateful for his honesty!
