I was scheduled 12-23-22 for 8 am and the driver called at 7:20 to ask if I could reschedule due to the weather. I was very understanding and for the safety of them, we agreed to reschedule. The date was rescheduled for 1/2/23 for 8 am. I’ve been sitting here since 8 am waiting for the cleaning service to arrive and I have many other things to do. I have cameras on my house so there’s no way to say they were here at any other time in between. This is very embarrassing, non professional.

The gentleman who cleaned our carpeting in our bedroom was fantastic. We only need the master bedroom and stairs cleaned. The carpeting is white tweed and it’s perfect today. We will definitely use him again.
