The gentleman who came to clean our sofa and carpeting was extremely friendly, conscientious about his work and thorough in what he did. However, the ad said that it would be dry in an hour and that did not hold true. Some of the sofa cushions are still slightly damp (more than 24 hours later). Also, we have had our rugs and sofa cleaned in the past and the cleaners moved most furniture, cleaned under it and then put it back with the legs/feet on pieces of plastic; I had to put the items he moved back in place. With regard to larger pieces of furniture, he cleaned up to them, not under them. I have no complaint with what he did and he was able to get out some stubborn stains, and I say thanks very much for that.

Great service carpet and kitchen floor look great. The technician did a great job around the carpet and baseboards. Other outfits charge extra for this.

Dan is always very professional, dependable and friendly. Most importantly, he does a terrific job of cleaning our carpets. We inherited white wall to wall carpeting when we moved into our house and we are always astonished at how clean he is able to get it.
