From start to finish. Scheduling a breeze, customer service at point of service was nothing short of perfect. Person took the time, explained their service and chemicals they use and did a great job! Much appreciated!

Not only is the owner of the company extremely personal and comes out himself. To make sure that the job is done exactly as you hope it would be, but He is extremely personable and fabulous at what he does. This company answers the phone when you call and a real human answers the call. On top of that, my carpet was extremely stained from dog residue and they had the opportunity to charge me more and did not take the chance to do that. I really respect a company that does not gouge their customers, and instead, it chooses to charge them less when they can. I have hired them Three times already and would recommend hiring them again to anyone.
