Carpets don't get soaking wet. Service tech arrived in nice vehicle and was very nice.

Products are odor free and did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. The young man who did the cleaning was very pleasant and polite and did a very good job cleaning the carpets.

Carpets look better than I ever expected!
Rep was on time, (in fact, early: he called before he came to see if early was ok -- it was!), courteous, careful of furniture, did not try to push additional rooms or additional services or products. I will definitely use you again.
