Had an appointment at 11am yesterday. I waited until 11:15 to call the main number, they said they would contact the technician and have him call me. I waited another 30 minutes, then called again. Finally, around 1:45pm I got a call from the tech saying they were *almost* in an accident and were too worked up to come. I do not understand why there was not a manager or someone who could contact me to inform me earlier. I had to leave work for this appointment so it was a waste of my time. Rescheduled for the next day so had to miss time from work again. Was not offered an apology or anything else to rectify the situation. I will not be using this company again.
