Had a 9 AM appointment for carpet shampooing. At 10:30 no one showed up. I called and got some remote office that wanted my zip code. They put me on hold and said they were calling the tech and owner. I called again at noon time, same issue. Said they were calling the tech and owner. I called again at 2 PM, same issue, Said they were calling the tech and owner. I called again at 4 PM, Same issue, said they were calling the tech and owner. Never heard back from anyone. Never received at least a courtesy call telling me what was going on. I called again the next day and left a voicemail. After about an hour they returned my call, wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule. NO. You didn't show up the first time and didn't call about why they didn't show up so why would I want to reschedule. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone. Very poor customer service.
