Bill & Dustin did a SPECTACULAR job on the carpets in our home. We had waited way too long (8 years) to have them professionally cleaned and there was such a big difference in the before and after. Dustin called to let us know he was on the way, arrived on time, answered my questions, and was truly professional and kind every step of the way. We will definitely use their services again. Thank you!

The carpets look great and not saturated with water. I have used the service several times and have been very happy with the service. I just tried to arrange for another cleaning at one of our apartment houses and said there is no one to service our area. So what is the deal now that no one will come to our area and clean the carpets.

Karen was kind enough to call and tell me she would be a bit late. When she did arrive, she went directly to work on the carpets,, and they looked fantastic whenever she was finished. She removed a stain that the previous cleaner could not and for that I am grateful. She will be the one I call for future cleaning of carpets.

Oxi Fresh products are pet friendly, fast drying and compared to products and services we have used in the past, very effective. We will most definitely use Oxi Fresh again.
