Had one wool rug with pet odors that was treated and no odors detected anymore. Another room had very soiled wall to wall carpet that looked like new after cleaning! I was put on the schedule quickly and service was excelllent!

Rugs are very clean now. Worker was on time and did a very good job. Just wanted to know if you changed the product you used before. I had a reaction got light headed and when I would lean over I had to be careful. We opened windows for an hour then all was OK. My husband had a reaction also. His eyes were bothering him.

Dan did a great job on our carpets. We have a cat and dog and the carpets had several bad stains. They all came out. They were dry within an hour. Love your products!!

The product seems to work well on the problem areas. I like the fresh smell of what is used and Matt was an excellent technician.
