I heard from the owner shortly after I requested an appointment. He just wanted to say hi and told me when he would be here, day and time. Then he called again the morning of my appointment to let me know he would be here in ten minutes. Honestly, don't have many business that do that anymore.

Showed up on time, helped move a couple pieces of furniture and got quickly to work. Pointed areas that would be problematic and did a very good job. Process was very quiet. We hardly knew Mike was there. When he finished the carpet was not wet. After an hour or so we vacuumed and it looked even better. Have already recommended to friends and will continue to do so. Will definitely use again.
