I like the simplicity of shaking the powder on the carpet and then the quick clean-up afterwards. I like that there is no need to be hooked up to a truck, the cleaning unit is small, efficient and quiet. My serviceman, the franchise owner in Portland, OR Sean Carlson, called before the appointed time, asked if he could come 1/2 hr. earlier (yes!), was very professional, pleasant and he did a great job! I'm an Oxi-Fresh customer from now on and I look forward to recommending Sean to my friends and family.

The technician is great, helpful and this process actually removed dried on glue!! Sean has great communication, and is a pleasure to work with.

My carpet looks like new after being cleaned and there is no unpleasant odor. It takes a short time to dry to be vacuumed and put furniture back. The process is not an "in & out" service, time is spent doing what I paid for.
The people are so-o very friendly and prompt. This is the third time I've hired OxiFresh, but the first time I've been home to meet the person (just retired) but my neighbor has told me how much time was spent cleaning.

They seem to have done an excellent job on bad stains and the house smelled so fresh on my return.

When I called, I scheduled several rooms PLUS couch, loveseat and chair. Received an email confirming that order. For whatever reason the work order was given to Josiah, who does NOT do furniture cleaning. He called telling me that, but said he could do the carpets if I wanted to go that way. He came out and did a great job on the carpets. I don't fault him. Just think it's not very good coordination on admin staff to refer the job to someone who can't do the entire job. Original order was going to cost $314. Carpets alone was only $166, so you lost money. Also think you should be able to move some furniture, especially lighter items like coffee table and end tables.

I think our technician's name was Joshua something with a J could not read his name. He was outstanding! Very helpful and did a great Job!!!
