There was dust and debris still in the carpet, the edges had not been done at all, and the carpets did not smell clean. Very disappointed

Our service technician that came out was named Martell and he was very knowledgeable, polite, and very professional. He explained the products best required for our carpets that had heavy dander and pet odor from previous tenant’s. With my spouse being allergic and unable to sleep comfortably we needed the job done well and quickly. After the treatment my spouse could breath easy that night.

The guy who performed the service was really judgmental and I honestly don't think he did the best job he could have. I've used different companies for carpet shampooing over the years, and was always amazed at the results. You can't hardly tell anything was done. My carpet is fairly new about 3.5 years old, very few stains, (except one room was awful due to my teenage son) and expected better fresh feeling results. I asked for my sectional to be cleaned, but because the cushions were down, he didn't recommend I go forward with the hot water on those. However, the rest of my couch the back and sides could have been done. He also only went over the top of the ottoman not the sides, which is all the same fabric. He did do a good job on the chair.
