Not happy with the cleaning process. We had 3 rooms, a couch and two recliners cleaned. Solomon the tech. was polite and eager but the oxi cleaning process is not good. They spray a cleaning solution on the carpet then use a double roller brush that only smears the dirt together. It was not vacuumed after he was thru and the smell left behind is horrible. We have put room deodorizers in each room to try and over power the carpet and furniture smell. I will need to call a different carpet cleaning company to get the smell out.
