I previously had an excellent experience, but would like clarification on what I can expect from appointment times. While our tech was friendly, he cleaned each rug in about 5-6 minutes and did not target any of the stains. The border of the living room rug was still dirty and high traffic dirty areas on my daughters rug did not come up at all, despite being what I would call typical and not a stain resulting from a direct spill or anything of that sort. I inquired about how quickly the rugs were done and was assured it was being done correctly. The pace was equivalent to how quickly you'd run a vacuum cleaner over the rug. I am disappointed in the service I received this time and am now unsure if this is the standard level of cleaning I should expect.

Friendly and professional employee. He did a very nice job.
You should ask for permission to put a sign in someone's yard. Sorry but my husband does not allow any signs. You can find your sign at the side of our garage.
