Pricing. When I made my appt. The person that took the call quoted a price of $220. That was including heavy spot cleaning and deodorizer.
I told her that was more than anticipated and she said she could drop the price to $170. When the person showed up I was told that all she did was drop the deodorizer and spot cleaner and if I needed that done then the price was again 220. Instead of saying she dropped the price I should have been told the price dropped because she removed service. I never would have scheduled if I had known this upfront

Honestly this was the worst carpet cleaning I have ever had. It cost ammost double what I normally pay Dynamic Carpet cleaning and they were not able to get even close to the baseboards. I am extremely disappointed and would like my
Money back. I expressed disappointment when the man was here and he did not make any attempts to correct
