The associate that came to my house was very helpful and thorough. He made sure the fabric of my sofas and chair were compatible to being cleaned. One sofa had fabric that was not able to be cleaned because of the type of fabric. He saved me money as the sofa's fabric was not destroyed by the cleaning process. I appreciated his knowledge.

Very pleased with carpet cleaning/deodorizing. Have 2 dogs, & with one 13, there were urine stains.

Products are green, process doesn't leave the carpet soaking wet, therefore it dries quickly. This is important for the office environment and computer equipment. Bill Mize was FANTASTIC to work with - very prompt, attentive and provides excellent customer service!

Canon Nelms thoroughly explained everything he was going to do and the products used. He was very polite and worked efficiently. The carpet smelled good and is soft to the touch. I especially appreciate the quick drying time.
