Things I liked most about Oxi Fresh Carpet cleaning:
Very little water used so carpet was not saturated and therefore dried quickly
Carpet looked clean afterwards
Friendly service
Things I thought could use improvement:
After cleaning, I noticed an odor that I did not notice before
Deodorizer should be added to cleaning service for a fresh smell
Price is not comparable to other carpet cleaning services
Discount was not offered to seniors

The young man that cleaned my carpet was super polite, he did a great job and my carpet looks amazing. Puppy soiled areas have zero odor. I would def use this company again.
