Did not appear to be a thorough cleaning. Disappointed that there was no attempt to move furniture or clean under the bed.

I’m not sure that I’m disappointed. The carpet and sofa look clean for the most part. There are times where I think I still smell dog urine and there may be a spot on the couch that just doesn’t come out.

Tyler was knowledgeable and friendly. The application being dry was a huge factor. Carpet dried quickly. Definitely recommend.
