The Technician was great and the carpet was much cleaner than before but it was very stiff almost like the fibers were glued together. It lost the cushy feel we were used to. I had to vacuum over the carpet 5-6 times to get the cleaning triangles out of the carpet nap. Also took 2 days to dry. Not upset, just did not seem like as good a result as we have had from other companies in the past.
