The Oxi Fresh method of cleaning carpets is far superior to steam cleaning methods that we've used in the past. They were able to remove spots that we had given up on as permanent, and the ground-in dirt and dog hair that was just disgusting! A bonus is that all of our carpets were dry in three hours as compared to steam treatments that didn't dry for 12 hours; and the products they used left a light clean scent. We are very pleased with the results and will definitely use them again and highly recommend Oxi Fresh to our friends.
