The carpet cleaner never showed up and never called to cancel. I had my house torn apart in anticipation of getting the carpet cleaned, with everything up and out of the way. An hour after the scheduled appointment, I finally called to see what was going on. The gal who answered (she was very nice) asked me to hold so she could call the carpet guy. She got hold of him and said that he was going to call me right then. We hung up and another 45 minutes passed before he finally called. He said he thought everyone had been called and told that they had received 28" of snow where he's at in Pennsylvania. I asked why he was coming from PA. Has said because he was the only worker. I asked why he was the only worker. He said because everybody else quit! I asked why everybody else quit and he said that after Christmas they must've found something better. Strange, but okay...whatever. I asked when he thought he could reschedule me and he said February 8th. That was over a week away. Since my house was totally prepared with everything moved out of the way, there was no way I was going to wait that long. Therefore, I ended up calling another company who came the very next morning and did an excellent job at close to the same price. BK. - Akron, OH - 01/26/2016

First, the young man named Mike was extremely polite, well spoken and helpful with moving a few small tables and a sofa. He didn't rush, explained what was being done and frankly interacted extremely for a younger person. The carpets look much better, even though they are not new and Mike helped to move things back in place. We had some reservations about trying this process and he allayed those concerns MA. - Akron, OH - 11/15/2015
