Tyler did a great job. I am over 80 years and I can't move my furniture. He was very happy to move both my sofas. He even stayed after he was done and moved all the furniture back. It was great the carpets were dry. I will always request Tyler and Bill.

Explain more of the cleaning process, how your process will be as clean or cleaner than the normal steam cleaning, be up front that you do not move any furniture heavy or not as this was a surprise upon my scheduled appointment. I can understand about heavy furniture but an arm chair or two would not have been that difficult to move in order to clean under and around.
