I have never used this company before, but I got a coupon in the mail and decided to check it out. Am I glad I did! And Keenan, the technician who cleaned my carpet, couldn't have done a better job. He was outstanding. This is no ordinary carpet cleaning service; they do it completely differently than any of the four or five major companies I've had through the years and this by far, was the best! Keenan was professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable, explaining exactly what he was going to do and then as he was doing it. I was thinking of replacing my carpet, but he cleaned it so well I don't have to do that and my carpet is 26 years old! I couldn't be happier.
