The carpet has been cleaned by three different cleaning services and this is by far the best. The tech was polite and explained the process. The carpet was completely dry in a couple of hours except in the hall and a walk in closet where isn't much air movement.

The product was excellent at removing pet stains. The technician was prompt, efficient, & personable. He did not try to sell me products that I didn't need. He went the extra mile by addressing a particular problem at no extra charge.

Bill Mize, head of Oxi Fresh of Powell, & his technician, Tyler, spent slightly more than an hour cleaning the carpet in 6 rooms of my condo. I watched them work. They were working diligently all that time. There were several steps in the process, each working together to make my carpet (which had some soil from my dog) clean & odor-free. As stated in their ads. the carpet was dry in one hour. I highly commend Oxi Fresh of Powell & owner, Bill Mize & his team for a Joc well done.
