I forgot to use my coupon. I would’ve liked to been asked if I had one. I asked for a price on my couch for cleaning it and it was more than I expected so I did not get it cleaned. However if I had been able to save the $50 from my coupon I probably would’ve added the couch on, so I think it would’ve been a good idea to prompt me about coupons, especially when I asked the price to clean my couch and then decided because of Price not to clean the couch . I quickly called after the driver left, but I could not apply my coupon. The representative I spoke to could care less about anything I had to say. I did book the appointment online and I don’t remember being prompted for coupons when booking the online appointment. Should have made appointment by phone
