The technician came and then realized that his machine was broken. This fine since I know these things happen. He was supposed to call or text me to reschedule. He called and offered to come back, but I had to leave. I thought I would hear back, but I did not. I’m not sure if we had a misunderstanding. Otherwise, he was extremely polite.
