I'm so very impressed by the technician Luke, he was so very pleasant from the minute he phoned saying he was on the way. When he showed up his friendly attitude continued and he explained every step of the carpet cleaning process. I've since recommended Oxi Fresh to several of my customers, given Oxi's phone number, and Luke's name to them. Luke is definitely a plus to your company. Thank you, for being so kind to fit me in the schedule so quick-one phone call and within hours Luke arrived with a smile.
