I was totally impressed with the quality of service that was provided. The carpet was very soiled in the dining area and the technician, Andrew Allen, was able to remove the stains. I added a few more requests to my original request and Andrew was able to provide that service. I rent this home from a family member and will be here 22 years in February 2024. The stairs came out super and the upstairs has never been carpet cleaned and it came out beautiful. The 2 bedrooms entryways were done and again super. The extra cost was acceptable and very reasonable. The carpets dried very quickly and that was impressive. The only other time I had the carpets cleaned they took a few days to dry. I would highly recommend Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning. The techniques used was fascinating. Andrew explained everything to me before he began and he was very personable & professional. I have already highly recommended Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning to my family. You won’t be disappointed if you hire them for their. Services.
