Andrew arrived on time and after being shown the areas to be cleaned, he got to work. We are one of those families who got a pandemic puppy, and our carpets were showing it. We also had a small hallway with older carpet that needed some help and Andrew did a great job reviving it. I love that the carpet dries in a shorter amount of time than a typical cleaner, so we could relax in the family room later that evening. Would totally recommend OxiFresh and will use them again.
