They did a fantastic job on my carpet. I was pleased with the service and it smelled great! I would use them again for sure!! They left a beautiful pattern which made the carpet look extremely well taken care of.

I was super excited to book appt. I read the reviews/ratings, which I was very pleased with and the prices was great! Scheduling was easy and was able to have services done within 48-72 hours or booking. 5 room/area special and 3 pieces of furniture.
Once the technician arrived they were uncertain if they would be able to clean the furniture to my expectations so they communicated their concerns and offered to “test” a couple areas to see if steam cleaning was optimal and I agreed. Then pricing began to shift, additional up charge fees and add-on fees were being included. When I questioned the charges and began to break down the quote provided when booking then stated I would follow up with a call to the company the technician that later identified himself as the owner refused to complete the services and left my home after pretreating carpets. The technician/owner had very poor customer service and was unprofessional. Was hoping I too could add a 5 star review.
