The technician was great- prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. But I was disappointed that they can't clean area rugs unless they are pieces of carpet with backing. Wool rugs, indoor/outdoor rugs etc. they said would get sucked into machine. Too bad bc I will have to find another way/company to clean those. Also, my sofa has taken more than 24 hrs to dry (still damp today) and was supposed to be dry in a few hours. Not a huge deal but he said the drying time would be short and put the cushions back on the sofa still wet. CG. - Manhasset, NY - 04/22/2017
