Joe and his technician were perfectly prompt, very friendly and informative, and worked efficiently. Our carpets look better than we'd even hoped, as they are original to the house (circa 2003) and hadn't ever been professionally cleaned. And the price was very reasonable. Thank you, thank you Oxi Fresh!
