First and foremost this process works. I've always used steam cleaning for my carpets but wasn't satisfied with the results. Recently I tried something different. I scheduled a cleaning for one room and staircase that were soiled and with an odor caused by a contractor. I was so impressed with the results I decided to call Oxi Fresh of Middletown back to clean the rest of my carpets. They arrived on time and the results were amazing. Even stains that were not removed after steaming the carpets were GONE. The carpet cleaners were prompt, professional and just one hour dry time without saturating the carpet.
