I've used your service several times. Your technician this time was polite and professional however in the past the last step in your procedure was using a rake sort of device. This wasn't done here this visit and I have brush marks all over the carpet. I waited til today and vacuumed and did away with most of them

I had just gotten my carpet cleaned 3 days prior by a competitor and they did such a terrible job that I had to call Oxy Fresh to redo the job. The technician was very thorough and very professional and I couldn’t believe the difference. The last company left my carpets looking like it had never been cleaned. I had used Oxy Fresh in the past and thought I’d just try something different. That was a bad idea. I’m sticking with Oxy Fresh from now on. Thanks for a job well-done. Howard was professional, respectful and efficient. Great job!
