What an awesome experience!! Frandy came out the next day, and stayed for TWO HOURS and would not leave until we were 100% satisfied. We had a red popsicle stain and I tried EVERYTHING to get it out of our white rug:/ We were told by another company that it would be impossible to remove, but Frandy was able to do it. Not only was his work awesome, but he was such a nice man. I jokingly told him that I couldn't wait for another stain to appear so I could call him back:) I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

Frandy was great! I have no complaints. He came early and by the time he left he carpets and rugs looked brand new. He was very knowledgable and a pleasure to do business with. I will be recommending him to everyone I know!

Frandy was great. He cleaned a basement carpet for me and did a great job. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I will certainly call him again for all my carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning needs.

Frandy is simply the best! This his second time helping us out...the first time he was great when he cleaned our basement carpet and this time even better when he cleaned our living room area rug and four pieces of furniture. I wish I would've taken a before and after...we have two dogs and a one year old and everything was filthy...we thought we were going need to buy all new but after Frandy was done everything looks new again. Frandy is not only great at what he does he's such a nice guy...even helped us fix our cable in the basement while he was here!

Frandy came an cleaned my couch - it was so dirty from allowing my dogs on the couch. It looks and smells as good as new. Great personality and explains in detail what he is doing. I will definitely be using him again and highly recommend him. His prices are excellent as well !

My experience with Frandy at Oxi was great. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and personable. On-time and even came early a 2nd day we needed service when we had earlier availability. Frandy helped us move a few things and even coached me through other problems we were having as some contractors doing work on our house. The work he did we quick but efficient and the results were very good and clearly noticeable. We are having him back for a 3rd visit in a week.

it was such a pleasure meeting Frandy, after speaking with him on the telephone and explaining to him that we had a custom-made wall carpet he went over the complete cleaning process with me and assured me that the carpet would look like new after it was cleaned. He arrived at my home on time, and the job was completed neatly and professionally. I would highly recommend Frandy and his company to anyone looking to have the carpets cleaned. I am so happy with the way they look now! I guess it's the Little things in life that really do matter. Thanks Frandy !

We used Frandy, from Oxi Fresh of Harlem, on Friday and it was a great experience. He called ahead to let us know when he would be arriving. His personality is wonderful & a pleasure to talk with. He was professional & takes a lot of pride in his work & making the customer happy. We had three carpets cleaned & they look brand new & smell great. I would highly recommend Frandy & his services.
