This is the second time Oxi Fresh of Fairport has cleaned our carpets and like the first time, they did a fabulous job! They arrived on time, with a courtesy call to let us know they were on their way. They were thorough, pretreated high traffic areas and highly efficient. We had one extremely difficult stain that we had previously tried (unsuccessfully) to remove on our own that had kept coming back on us. Their pretreatment cleaned the stained area but they also cautioned me that it could wick back (as often happens with some stains). Well, this persistent stain did come back but on their follow-up visit, they totally vanquished the stain and it has NOT come back. This is a team goes above and beyond to get your carpet clean. They are also friendly, pleasant and respectful. Just a really nice company with impeccable standards that gets the job done!
