Customer service was great Communication with appts was great And the carpet cleaning turned out great. The appointment time was as agreed, actually a bit early. Service tec was kind, informative, and knew the products to talk to me about. The outcome of the service was a great job, smelled wonderful + the employees were very happy with the results.
