My carpet started bright and soft definitely will use them again. Brendon was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also explained step by step what he was going to do and why.

Bernden was so very courteous and thorough in what he was going to do.
I wasn't totally satisfied with the carpet cleaning. Primarily because a lot of the stains had been there for a long time and were set in. I was hoping they would go away.
