The owner of gevconpanybwas really nice and I am sure he worked hard but many stains were left in the carpets Some might be lighter but many spots are still there and a bit more spread out in some areas. And some areas are rough feeling now. I feel that I could have done a similar job myself with a little elbow grease. I guess that it must be mush cleaner over all and more sanitary but I am disappointed with how many areas still look stained up. Maybe it was my fault for waiting a couple of months to have you in after the stains were main downstairs but I would like to have known up from that I should expect many of them to still be there. They job was done professionally. I am not completely convinced that this service is better than more traditional cleaning services. The carpets came out clean, but were left feeling hard. Even after vacuuming, as suggested, they are not softening up yet. Perhaps they will after additional vacuuming, but that remains to be seen. SO. - Marlboro Township, NJ - 01/19/2019

I was quoted a price and the technician had another rate. When I called and was on the phone for about 20 mins, the girl with whom I had placed order said that she made a mistake when she quoted me and the rates changed again . Sounds like bait and switch RB. - Marlboro Township, NJ - 05/23/2018
