Step 1: The first step to every cleaning is a thorough inspection process, where our technician will search for damage and heavy soiling.
Step 2: Any particularly dirty areas will receive our enzyme-powered pretreatment formula, which breaks down dirt on the cellular level.
Step 3: Next we apply our core carpet cleaning solution to the entire floor. This two-part cleaner is made up of an oxygenated booster that dissolves dirt, and an encapsulator that traps the dirt in tiny crystals so it can’t attach to the carpet fibers.
Step 4: The OF1000, our carpet-cleaning machine, is then used to extract grime from the floors using dual, counter-rotating brushes. This machine is powered by oxygen to clean your floor, rather than soaking it in water like old steam-cleaning methods.
Step 5: Your cleaning session will conclude with a vacuuming and grooming session.
