The service was great. The technician was prompt and timely in his service. This product used did not have an offensive odor and seemed to have done the job necessary to clean my soiled carpets.

Perry introduced himself right away. As we went over the rooms to be cleaned he told me what could be accomplished and what couldn't and the reasons why. I got quite a good education about my carpets, which I really appreciated. He explained the process he was using, and also expected drying time. He worked diligently. and was out in just a few hours.
